LOW TEMPERATURE HEAT PUMPS FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS
When it come to space heating, the best efficiencies are achieved with low water temperature (between 35°C & 55°C) When retrofitting, it is highly recommended that, low temperature heat pumps are untilised.
This is likely to require improvements to the building insulation values and a change of heat emitters.
If it is practical to do this, the low temperature heat pumps below are a great solution.
The AMICHI range of air source heat pumps, are perfect for space heating. Up to 32 units can function as one system, with weather compensation and Bacnet/Modbus BMS integration as standard.
The HERA range of air source heat pumps, are a great solution for projects where refrigerant GWP needs to be ultra low. HERA units have sophisticated safety features to allow propane gas to be used as refrigerant.
