Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge replaced gas heating across its 673-year-old estate with Euroklimat R290 air source heat pumps — cutting annual gas use by 2.8 GWh and CO2 emissions by 508 tonnes a year, all while preserving Listed Buildings in a live, city-centre campus.
