What the Guarantee Includes

A Dedicated Project Manager

Every significant project is assigned a named project manager who is your single point of contact from order through to handover and beyond. They coordinate design support, logistics, site visits and commissioning. They know your project. They know your programme. They answer their phone.

Installation Site Visits

Our engineers visit site during the installation phase to verify that the equipment is being integrated correctly. We check hydraulic connections, electrical supply, control wiring and plantroom configuration against the design specification. This is not a courtesy call. It is a quality assurance inspection that prevents commissioning failures and expensive rework.

Commissioning When You Need It

We guarantee that a commissioning engineer will be available in line with the project programme. On a live construction site, every day of delay costs money, disrupts follow-on trades and erodes confidence in the supply chain. We treat your programme as seriously as you do.

On-Site Response When You Need It

If your system develops a fault that cannot be resolved remotely, our technical team will be available to visit site at short notice. This commitment covers all significant projects during the first year of operation and further if an ICG Heat Pumps service contract is in place.

Remote Monitoring for the First 12 Months

Every system we commission is connected to our remote monitoring platform for the first year of operation. Our engineering team will be monitoriing the system for faults, if there is an issue it is likely that we see it first and we act on it, often before the building occupants notice any change in comfort. Remote Monitoring is also available as an option with all ICG Heat Pumps service contracts.
